Besides showing your support by displaying a sign on your car or in your home, we encourage you to write your lawmakers to let them know your feelings on the subject.

Believe it or not, letters to Congress get read.  Representatives generally want to do what is best for their constitutients.  Besides encouraging those around you to face this issue with your car magnet, you sending a letter can make a difference.

We could provide a form letter for you to point and click an email to your representatives, but they tend to be ignored as spam.  There is a letter below that you can copy and paste into a letter you send.  But we encourage you to modify this letter to your personality and aims.  For instance, if you think that cannabis should be as legal as tomatoes, meaning that there are no restrictions on you or anyone else growing all they want, let your representatives know.  If you think that cannabis should be a included only as a potential ingredient in controlled medications, let them know that.  If you believe that cannabis should be exterminated fully from the earth and all infractions of its prohibition should result in immediate beheading, let them know that.  But you'll probably want to make liberal edits of the letter below if that is your stance.
